Season #2 - Week #2 - Update Article #2. It's almost 2 much! (sorry)

Hello teams! I hope you had a nice warm-up on Upward, but now week 2 is upon us and we're ready to throw you all back in the ring once again. But first, allow me to go over what you can expect in Week 2

Week 2 is taking place on ASHVILLE!
It's time to get that KOTH mindset going, because this week you're going to the classic bloodbath that is Ashville. My advice: watch the flanks, guard your shutter, and most importantly, play the objective.

The Pick/Ban weapon whitelist is LIVE!
Yes, if you disagree with our decision to ban the Razorback, or Darwin's Danger Shield, or any weapon for that matter, then fear no more! You and your opponents can now opt into our Pick/Ban whitelist system instead! However, if you intend to do so, I strongly recommend you read up on the rules behind Pick/Bans before attempting to participate, just to make sure you do it right! Our rules also contain instructions for exactly how to activate your custom whitelist as well, all the more reason to refresh your memory of them!
For all of you non-committals out there, I should let you know that the Pick/Ban process, should you decide to go through with it, must take place at least 24 hours prior to your match starting, so you must decide whether you intend on using ASAP.
You can read our rules here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IdOcJmhzEq1gsGPUtgSR0kLGxkkuUxFWBCx0ZeyPeio

Sunday's Livestream Had Record Viewership!
The casted match between "Menacing Menaces" and "Is This Highlander" on Sunday received a high of 45 viewers, a new AU RGL record! Turning up to the streams for casted matches is the best way you can help RGL if you aren't already a staff member, so you guys rock for turning up! 45 might not sound like a lot but to give some perspective: an average of 45 viewers means we would be in the top 5% of Twitch channels. It helps us grow, it helps us establish ourselves, and it helps us make Prolander into the competitive scene we're dreaming of.

Big thanks to Minty#3621 for the SFM poster https://twitter.com/soldierminty
Minty is the massive helping hand behind these posters we use as header images, so if you like what you see then I want to send a strong recommendation her way!

That's all I have to say this week! Have fun, good luck, play nice
