bans are final baring situations where I'm messaged mere seconds after the ban was placed and the other leader hasn't place a ban (accidental bans). Borneo was egfugs first ban due to that ban being placed for more than 4 hours. It is Pretzels turn to ban and then pick. Make sure you fully talk to your team before placing a ban/pick, you have until Friday.
